SIPORT (Siemens) Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor the SIPORT Port Management System to support daily port operations Data Management & Security stores access-related data in multiple locations (redundant storage), encrypts all communication channels, and supports single corporate access cards (for PC login). Emergency & Safety Functions supports emergency evacuation mustering and integrates with other systems (video surveillance, fire alarms). System Administration offers a web-based, browser-independent interface (desktop or tablet) for monitoring, configuring, and managing users, roles, and privileges. System Integration connects with other security systems like Surveillance Vantage for unified command and control. Installation & Maintenance installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting access controls, including card readers, door control units, and software. System Monitoring Operating and monitoring integrated security systems (CCTV, access control) via a Centralized Monitoring Application. Risk Assessment & Compliance Regularly reviewing security risks and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. ncident Response Responding to security alerts, investigating incidents, and documenting them, ensuring proper escalation when necessary. IBM MAXIMO (Maximo Application Suite) Familiarity with IBM Maximo system application, manage user access, roles, permissions and system security Administer and maintain the CAFM software system, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability. Configure system modules including assets, work orders, preventive maintenance, helpdesk, space management, and inventory. Manage user access, roles, permissions, and system security., monitor work order workflows, service requests, SLAs, and KPIs. Generate reports and dashboards for management on maintenance performance, compliance, and asset lifecycle. Provide user training and first-level technical support to CAFM users. Install configure, maintain and upgrade FM software applications, manage system performance availability and security Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, chat, or in person Performed daily document control tasks such as document scanning, filing, and archiving. Generate work order for Non-Preventive Maintenance daily / Preventive Maintenance (PM) Generate for Work Status for Monthly report, Follow orders from the Manager Generate work order and update incident report as per System Engineers advise Troubleshooting, analyzing and repairing problems of computer elements such as desktop computers, laptops and various components/peripherals of an IT network. Providing Technical support and ensuring the whole company run smoothly. Provided technical support and guidance to users for the document management system. Performed customer services on different firms’ departments and resolved hardware and software technical problems in the system elements after detailed analysis, including Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls, access points) Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues Perform network upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance Support LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and cabling issues, Implement and maintain network security measures Document network configurations, changes, and procedures, provide technical support to end users and escalate issues when necessary Collaborate with IT team members and vendors on network-related projects Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices
