Develop a Higher Education system and professional training that is aligned with the Fourth industrial revolution and the requirements of future skills to accelerate the transformation of the next generation of changemakers using Foresight and Innovation as a key tool to envision a better global future.

Some of the objectives of my vision are:

• To create a learner-centred and personalized education model that fosters lifelong learning and continuous improvement
• To leverage digital technologies and platforms to enhance access, quality, and relevance of education and training
• To foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among learners, educators, and institutions
• To collaborate with governments, industry, and civil society to co-create solutions for the current and future challenges of society
• To enhance futures literacy and intercultural understanding among learners and educators, by exposing them to diverse perspectives, values, and worldviews.
