- Monitoring Production plans execute as per schedule according.
- Achieving monthly production efficiency as well as manpower utilization.
- Productivity losses analysis to ensure increase production and quality.
- Day to day order closing in System.
- Check all production order before material receiving.
- Daily maintain production data in MIS sheet.
- Work on TPM activities, Safety policy and 5S policy & maintain shop floor.
- Focus to weak point and improve productivity with continual improvement.
- Prepare and circulate production KPI on monthly basis.
- Reduce rejection, rework & shortages with rework cost.
- Work on line-balancing, Lay out and Vsm.
- Daily loading of operator & achieving target day by day.
- Provide Training to new operator as well as making skill matrix.
- Monitoring HLTC & HV/PD Testing & resolving issue daily basis.
- Monitoring all Production Consumables material.
- Monitoring Daily Assembly Station & Maintenance Checklist.
- Daily SF6, Helium, N2 Gas Monitoring & maintain record.
