Responsible for Vibration data collection using Advanced Vibration Analysis system AZIMA DLI TRIO CA10 as a primary device and also we use Vibration pen as a secondary device (SKF CMAS 100SL) to collect data.
- Perform trouble-shooting and failure investigation for the Rotating machinery
- Prepare & update the Vibration Analysis database with details of overhauls and bearings change events etc.
- Vibration data collection, Analysis, Data interpretation, diagnosis and trending of rotating machinery health
- Monitoring of overall vibration, time waveform & FFT spectrum analysis of Rotating equipment’s using Monitoring Technology system with smart advisor software (Azima ViewAlert 4.0)
- Carry out data acquisition, setting up route database and collecting the base line data for future reference
- Evaluate the severity of data and estimate expected remaining asset life
- Carrying out measurements of clearances, tolerances and alignments using a wide range of precision instruments such as Laser Alignment Device (SKF), Dial gauge.
-To inspect the electrical current leakage, air leaking, bearing wear, greasing quantity measurement by ULTRASOUND Technology Ultrasound UE-15000 series device.
- Carry out lube oil analysis by monitoring the viscosity, water content, TAN, wear debris, elementary analysis etc.
- Perform schedule/unscheduled predictive maintenance checks and tests on running equipment and machinery.
- Participates in reinstallation and testing of equipment through various stages. Runs offload and on-stream tests to ensure proper operation,
- Provide technical support and problem solving skills to Ensure rotating equipment availability issues
- Establish work activities in accordance with safety and fire regulations; Observing good housekeeping and work practices on-site and in the workshop
