I am searching for a position in the Culinary Arts industry with a restaurant/Hotel that offers opportunities for advancement.

My credentials include an undergraduate diploma in culinary arts from Kenya Utalii College and 7 years experience working as the Chef. I know how to cook several specialty dishes to perfection and feel that it is time for me to move into a more challenging role where my knowledge and training can be put to good use.

I completed a food and safety course to learn the proper procedures for keeping the kitchen area clean and sanitized but I also know how to perform all other kitchen duties in a way that complies with health codes.

My personal abilities include good communication skills along with the ability to follow directions and to stay focused on the job in this fast paced and often hectic work environment. I also have good leadership, time management and observation skills, in addition to having the ability to multi-task as needed with efficiency and my organizational skills are excellent.

I am dedicated and hard working with a real talent and desire to become a famous chef one day. I hope to find a restaurant where I can use my talents to achieve my career goal while enhancing business and increasing restaurant sales in the process. I am willing to start at the level i have applied for and confident that my knowledge and skills will prove to be a great asset to your company.
