Assistant shift in charge - AMNS India Ltd. - Hazira Works

• Carries out duties assigned by the supervisor according to production requirements
• To monitor and analyse the trends and alarms that appear on the HMI & CCM and take necessary countermeasure by informing the supervisor
• Constantly communicates with EAF & CC control room to ensure smooth processing within the melt shop.
• Appropriate communication with LRF & RHF, Responsible for sequence matching.
• Functioning as the In-charge for ensuring smooth operations of plant of by troubleshooting & fixing problems, also maintaining the optimum operating parameter of plant in shift.
• Meeting site compliance to all labour, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Supervising and monitoring daily production of the plants while ensuring adherence to quality and safety parameters
• Minimizing the equipment breakdowns to improve the plant product.

CCM PULPIT OPERATOR - AMNS India Ltd. - Hazira Works

• Ensure that the process parameters set up at the CCM Pulpit operator work station is in accordance with the process sheets or instructions of the supervisor.
• To ensure that the bins & hopper have the required quantity of materials required to carry out smooth operation of the plant
• To monitor and analyse the trends and alarms that appear on the HMI & CCM and take necessary countermeasure by informing the supervisor
• In case of an emergency or fire notifies the Fire & safety department.
• Ensures that all safeties in the ladle furnace are working, abides by the company policy to confirm to safety regulations.
• Ensures that work area is clean and free of any obstacles or encumbrances faced during CCM operations.
• In case of an emergency situation, co-operates with the supervisor and acts in accordance with the operational procedures/work instructions prescribed for the Section
• Auto mould level control (AMLC), Break out predict system (BPS), Mould level sensing & control.
• Casting powder selection as per steel grade.
• Functioning as the In-charge for ensuring smooth operations of plant of by troubleshooting & fixing problems, also maintaining the optimum operating parameter of plant in shift.
• monitoring daily production of the plants while ensuring adherence to safety parameters

TCM PULPIT OPERATOR - Essar Steel India Ltd. - Hazira Works

• Cutting slab as per planning by GEGA TCM machine and taking sample in require grades
• Performing Duties in TCM-Slab marking, Deburring and manual cutting by BEDA lance
