I believe that people learn best in an interactive environment, and anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new. This reflects the policies I use in my class. which includes:

When it comes to the teaching process, it is not enough to deliver information to students). It's our role to encourage seeking answers in rational ways, provide students with goals to achieve, and be the positive role model they can look up to. This explains the difference between schooling and education. Generally, an audience only captures 20 % to 40%of a lecturer's main ideas. In addition, after three weeks, most students can remember less than 10% of a lecturer's main ideas. What does this mean in practice?
