I believe that people learn best in an interactive environment, and anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new. This reflects the policies I use in my class. which includes:

• Create a learning environment in which students feel comfortable yet reflect a strong personality in the lecture.
• Confidence is the key. Students should not be intimidated by unknowing. Simply, the ability to answer perfectly and confidently includes saying I didn’t know
• Link the knowledge with the work environment and demonstrate the relevance of what we teach to the practice.
• In continuing education, the important thing is not to stop questioning.
• -Establish trust and communication with students. Moreover, bring structure and organization to the classroom.

Albert Einstein once said: (Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid. When it comes to the teaching process, it is not enough to deliver information to students). It's our role to encourage seeking answers in rational ways, provide students with goals to achieve, and be the positive role model they can look up to. This explains the difference between schooling and education. Generally, an audience only captures 20 % to 40%of a lecturer's main ideas. In addition, after three weeks, most students can remember less than 10% of a lecturer's main ideas. What does this mean in practice?

Different strategies need to be applied to capture their attention The theme of my teaching strategy is to:

• Break lectures into short 10–15-minute segments
• Focus on two or three key points I am trying to convey
• Organize the materials into a mental pattern or structure and provide a framework for understanding the material.
• link new topics with the previous one and use learning activities and group work to help then engage with the content.
