Coordinate & conduct an Audits and Inspection to ensure conformity with the HSE plan, standard and Procedure.

 Assist in preparation, implementing and maintaining the HSE plan and relevant documents.

 Reduce the impact on local environment by pollution control plan, implementation of procedures for controlling wastes, removal of hazardous substances, and management of water (potable and non-potable) in accordance to the legislated and contractual requirements.

 Make sure that documents and records are filed as per the contract filing system.

 Inspect the various sites for HSE compliances.

 Provide training and assistance to the employees working under our organization.

 Determine the root cause of HSE issues and plan for appropriate actions to overcome the identified issues.

 Motivate and guide line management in the implementation of procedures and solutions to reduce the HSE impact of relevant activities by recommending new work practices, procedures or materials, new equipment or modification of existing equipment.

 Ensure reporting to management.

 Identify and evaluate all existing and potential threats to the operating company's businesses arising from environmental impacts and health & safety risks.

 Co-ordinate all HSE activities of the site and review periodically for compliance

 Carry out quarterly site inspections, to identify problem areas or poor practices and ensure that agreed corrective actions are fully implemented on time.

 Ensure all employees and contractors fully understand the procedures they must follow to safeguard

Implement procedures correctly and are properly supervised.

 Perform safety and health audits activities to include audits of management programs, systems and controls to ensure compliance.

 Sets up and implements HSE strategy (policy, targets, Objectives) as defined by the entity, checks its implementation and compliance with the associated objectives.

 Defines and manages HS improvement plans.

 Educates/trains relevant personnel.

 Prepares various reports for the management of his/her entity and HS Group Department.

 Develop, coordinate, implement, and monitor site compliance systems and corrective action plans, in accordance with regulatory requirements.

 Coordinates the Safety Committee.

Manages all health and safety activities including medical checks.

 Supporting the analysis of accident data, gap analysis and Associate feedback in order to build prevention programs and contribute to improve Safety and impact accident trends.

 Carryout incident/accidents investigation and prepare report,

 Monitor activities and conditions at the work location,

 Identify and report unsafe acts and conditions, Propose safety award winners,

 Conducts toolbox Implement the procedure and site safety management plan on worksite talks, Communicate and hazards associated with a tasks.

 Ensure that hazardous chemicals are handled, stored, and disposed of in accordance with Safety, Legal and other requirements.

 Observe that proper safety precautions, rules, regulations, and practices so that unsafe conditions can be recognized and proper safety protocols implemented.

 Coordination with the subcontractor’s safety department from time to time regarding safety

 Inspection of working equipment in the job site to ensure proper safety procedures as per client satisfaction.
