Seeking a challenging position in a reputable organization where I can utilize my expertise in creating accurate and detailed Building Information Models for low voltage systems, as well as my extensive MEP drafting experience, to contribute to the success of projects

Update’s system-wide BIM/CAD libraries with appropriate graphic and written assets from current building codes, energy codes, and requirements of regulatory agencies. Enforces the usage of these digital library templates and assets per office digital guidelines across all our projects. Consistently applies SWA’s Quality Control procedures and takes ownership of their work.

Develops and drafts architectural and engineering site plans, floor plans, building elevations, building sections, and details, assists management in preparing proposals and generates correspondence for clients and project managers. Contribute to the documentation, dissemination, and monitoring of standards, best practices and industry advancements. Participates in occasional team meetings to help resolve project issues such as coordination, scheduling, and technical concerns.

Be responsible for providing/sourcing Revit/CAD training through a combination of onsite, remote and/or online training courses – geared toward making most effective use of Revit in the architectural process.

Proficient in utilizing Autodesk Revit software for creating 3D models and documentation for low voltage systems

• Strong knowledge of low voltage systems, including fire alarm, security,

telecommunications, and audio-visual systems

• Extensive experience in MEP drafting, including mechanical, electrical,

and plumbing systems

• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and translate them into BIM models for low voltage systems and MEP systems
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating models and drawings
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, able to work well in a team environment
• Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations related to low voltage systems and MEP systems
