Assuring that the work performed is as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.
Carrying out inspections of Utility works, Surface drainage works, Earth works, Street light works and Beautification works with the consultant to get the approval of the Inspection request.
Follow-up with the site construction team for the progress of works in order to raise the inspection requests.
Re-submissions of the rejected Inspection requests of all disciplines to get it approved by providing the required data.
Ensure that Internal Non-Conformance Report (INCR) or Quality Observation Reports (QOR) are raised once the activities deviated from the Contract Specifications or normal construction industry practices.
Preparation of the strip charts for the assigned works so as to follow-up the work sequence and update the management for the progress of site.
Liaise with the consultant and end user for the final inspections for handover.
Carrying out inspections for the material delivered for the project prior to use on site.
Carrying out the final inspections with the consultant and end user in preparation for the final handover.
Involved in laying works for Subbase, CBM, Roadbase, Asphalt and arrangement of technicians.
