I am a Barista that works multi-tasking inside the organization. I love educating my customers about the product I am selling. Add on selling and suggestive selling is a must for me. I am a motivator, trainer and provide quality kind of staffs on their field. I always observe the HACCP to be implement by the staffs on my team. Most of my customers are fully satisfied with my customers service. I always communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items

I took up Bachelor of Science Major in Finance from 1999 to 2006 in the Philippines. I have my certification for ISO 22000:2018- Element of Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and Total Barista - Professional Barista Course
