• Collaboratively work with all stakeholders including but not limited to owners, PMO, Consultants, operators, government authorities and contractors in a pro-active integrated project delivery process throughout all project phases including activities related to design, construction and post-occupancy to achieve client, project and internal office project goals.

• Carry out visual site visits as required to determine construction activities undertaken are in compliance with the project documentation including drawings, specifications, current standards, regulations, codes and quality required.
• Evaluate the third-parties’ deliverables prior to approvals.
• Observe the inspection of construction project activities while in progress and upon completion for adherence to drawings and specifications.
• Responsible for Issuing architectural site instructions and NCRs
• Review and approve sources / suppliers for key finishing materials, interior items and equipment.
• Ensure quality assurance program is initiated and adhered to through the life of the project.
• Review and approve all finally project completion documents including As-built drawings, operations & maintenance manuals and, project handover including Part of testing & commissioning.
• Monitoring and Follow up work progress and performance.
• Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
• Propose material, construction specifications and construction detailed drawings.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the project requirements.
• Evaluate architectural design changes and value engineering items.
• Coordinate preliminary architectural studies for major new structures and alterations to existing structures and site development.
• Coordination with all stakeholders’ requests for ongoing progress work, Weekly and Technical meeting, Payment Certificate, VOS, RFIs
• Modify existing drawings to fit client needs.
• Maintain client files for projects assigned, including all correspondence, drawings, and other materials, as described in our standard client file processes booklet.
• Focus on client satisfaction and creating their interest in our providing them with additional future project related services.
• Participate in the presentation of plans and documents to governing and permitting authorities for land use, zoning and permit approvals.
• Attend meetings and take minutes, plan, organize and coordinate architecture issues related to project.
• Notify client Representative on project time, quality and cost risk.
• Assist in developing statements of probable cost.
• Work with teams across business lines, in remote locations, and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Comply with the international policies, procedures inclusive of health and safety plans.
• Capable of managing demanding clients, simultaneously working between multiple projects.
