• Documentation: Maintain logs, prepare reports, and support procurement with technical specifications.
• Team Support: Train and guide junior technicians, coordinate with other departments to reduce guest disruption.
• Guest Experience: Act as the technical backbone ensuring comfort, reliability, and seamless service.
