Throughout my career, I have successfully managed and delivered complex projects across diverse sectors including oil & gas, residential buildings, industrial facilities, sewage treatment plants, water reservoirs, airport, and infrastructure.
Group as QA/QC Manager for the King Abdullah International Airport project, I led quality management efforts to ensure compliance with stringent client expectations and international quality standards. This role honed my ability to oversee non-conformance management, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Additionally, I have held leadership roles at Thabat Construction Co., where I oversaw large projects like the Briman Strategic Water Reservoirs and sewage treatment plants. In these positions, I applied my skills in team leadership to deliver projects on time, ensuring that they met all quality requirements.
My technical expertise is complemented by my certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP®), ISO 9001 QMS Lead Auditor, and Scrum Fundamentals. I am also skilled in managing diverse teams, developing and implementing quality management systems (QMS), and fostering strong relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
