Currently, I had work as a Warehouse supervisor in SAFARI Group LTD since 2016, I can say with confidence that I am adept at coordinating groups to complete tasks efficiently and I have a great passion for leadership and even greater passion for achieving collective ends. As a supervisor, I delegated managed tasks to the appropriate divisions in order to see that larger goals were met.

Previously I worked as a Warehouse / Fleet supervisor in Digital Electronic Solution for Distribution Zonik – Riyadh From 2012 to 2016 and Logistics Coordinator in Permasteelisa Gartner Middle East LLC-Riyadh 2010 to 2012.

During this time I acquired the necessary skills and abilities to perform my work efficiently. My responsibilities were in strategic planning and regulation of supply and storage processes, I coordinated the full order cycle, negotiating with suppliers and sellers about the best delivery conditions. I am also an expert in the selection and training of personnel, which allows us to more effectively achieve business goals.

I am a person with excellent interpersonal skills, which enables me to find a compromise with all members involved in the process, as well as quickly resolve conflicts that arise. My attention to detail and motivation let me qualitatively cope with the documentation. I have excellent multitasking skills, thanks to which I can effectively manage several projects simultaneously.

• Supervising 3 projects in company, planning, organizing, and participating in daily warehouse operations such as receiving, documenting, storing, safety, distributing equipment and supplies with maintaining inventory
• Managing all inbound and outbound activities, maintain inventory variances, levels and turn within corporate guidelines via the use of a computerized tracking system
• Maintain accurate inventory records and provideperformance and status reports on demand
• Training and evaluating the performance of allocated employees, assigning workloads to warehouse workers, receiving, unpacking, packing, loading, issuing, storing materials, supplies and equipment
• Maintain storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design principles, recommending improvements
