Brush Cutter Operator – Outdoor Work with Great Conditions and Flexibility in Sweden

💰 Compensation & Conditions

• We offer good contract terms
• Option to choose between hourly pay or performance-based pay per hectare

⏱ Working Hours & Contract

• Full-time: 21 working days per month
• Working hours: 07:00 – 16:00 (flexible)
• Start date: April, May, or possibly June
• Duration: up to 6 months

🌿 Job Description & Responsibilities

• Work in teams of 4 operators (total of 12 positions)
• Vegetation clearing using professional brush cutters
• Equipment provided: pick-up truck, brush cutters, and fuel
• Brush cutter weight: 9.6 kg
• Supervision by experienced team leaders

🦺 Equipment & Workwear

• Full professional work equipment is provided

🏠 Accommodation

• Shared house or apartment (4 people per unit)
• Accommodation cost deducted from salary

🍽 Meals & Breaks

• Breaks and meals are taken outdoors in the field

✅ Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to arrange transport to and from the workplace
• EU citizenship
• Ability to communicate in English
• Completion of a one-day online brush cutter training (part of onboarding)

• Start: Sundsvall, Sweden
• Continued work in the Jämtland region, Sweden
