Responsibilities / Capabilities:

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices
Develop and maintenance of enterprise level artefacts to guide delivery standards and manage Enterprise Solutions
Design, develop, and implement IT solutions that meet the needs of the business; interpretation of business strategy then into a suite of capabilities; market insight and innovation into technology strategy
Work with the business to ensure that solutions are aligned with the company's strategic goals Support business lines/division, build roadmaps and value streams – bridge strategy and IT execution gap; IT strategic planning process
Strong understanding in areas of Data, DevOps, Security, Integration, custom application development/modernization and cloud/cloud native migration/adoption
At least 10 years' experience working within the IT Management area advising business stakeholders in their transformation journey
Proven expertise & certification on EA architectural frameworks and tools
Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends
Be able to analyze information flows, see connections, patterns and draw boundaries
Have good leadership qualities and the ability to see the whole picture and present information that is relevant in the context
Have the ability and willingness to learn new things, be flexible and be able to adapt to changes
Knowledge of regulatory/risk issues basis of recommending product/technical improvements

Technical skills:

Backend: Java / Spring boot or Node.js or .NET, RESTful APIs, GraphQL
Frontend: React/Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and other modern frontend frameworks.
DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Harness, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Automation & Testing: Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, and Pact.
