Hiring: Senior Backend / Full-Stack Developer(Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden (On-site)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend / Full-Stack Developer for our Sweden-based client. In this role, you will lead architecture decisions, take technical ownership of projects, and work closely with clients to build scalable, business-critical applications while supporting junior developers

Key Responsibilities

Develop scalable backend solutions using Node.js

Build modern applications using Next.js / React

Lead architecture decisions and technical direction

Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure

Work closely with clients as a technical advisor

Improve development processes and mentor junior developers

Requirements

4+ years of backend development experience

Strong expertise in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript

Experience with Next.js, React, or similar frameworks

Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure

Knowledge of Docker, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines

Strong technical communication skills

Experience using AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.)

Fluent in Swedish and English

Willing to work on-site in Stockholm

Nice to Have: Experience with Kotlin/JVM, Kubernetes or Terraform, and exposure to payment or security-critical systems, mobile development (Android/iOS), or industrial/B2B sectors.
