Fullstack Developer

Do you want to build B2C solutions that are used at scale – and actually matter to end users? As a Fullstack Developer at GlobalConnect, you will be part of a team that owns the full B2C portal experience, from frontend to backend. If you enjoy variety, responsibility, and building solutions that are continuously evolving, this is a role where you can really make your mark.

The role combines new development, integrations, and continuous improvement in a high-impact B2C environment. You will work across the entire value chain. Close collaboration with stakeholders, users, and business teams is a natural part of your day, and you combine technical insight with a strong sense of ownership.

You will work in an agile setup, collaborating daily with other developers, product owners, and you take responsibility for both delivery and quality.

Your Responsibilities Develop and maintain B2C portals using modern frontend and backend technologies

Work end-to-end with both frontend and backend development

Build customer-specific portal solutions on top of a shared platform base

Design and implement REST APIs and integrations with third-party systems

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and users to shape solutions

Contribute actively in agile ceremonies and continuous delivery What You Need To Succeed Strong experience in modern Spring Boot microservice development (Java, preferably Java 21)

Solid experience designing and working with REST APIs

Experience with Angular 20 for frontend development

Experience working with Git and agile methodologies (Scrum) Beyond the technical skills, you are comfortable working in a stakeholder-heavy environment and enjoy being part of discussions that span both technology and business.

Experience with designing and developing accessible digital solutions with a clear understanding of WCAG compliance is a plus, but not required. The team & collaboration You will join a fullstack team with mixed seniority and strong collaboration. The team is distributed across several locations and works closely together using agile ways of working.
