Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based microservices using modern backend frameworks and cloud-native principles.
Lead end-to-end delivery across software development, testing, CI/CD automation, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
Collaborate closely with product, architecture, and engineering teams to drive technical decisions, mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Contribute to system reliability, scalability, performance optimization, and engineering best practices.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across development processes, tooling, and platform capabilities.

Strong experience with Java (Java 17 ) and modern enterprise application frameworks.
Solid expertise in microservices architecture and cloud-native application development.
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
Proficiency with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, or similar technologies.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies including TDD, integration testing, and performance testing.

Experience & Leadership

Hands-on software engineering experience in enterprise or large-scale distributed systems environments.
Proven ability to independently own and deliver complex services or technical domains.
Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to engineering standards, code quality, and development best practices.
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance scalability, quality, delivery timelines, and business priorities.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
