Group is now offering a unique opportunity for ambitious graduates to join our 2026 Trainee Program. You will be employed in one of our subsidiaries and participate in a centralized one-year trainee program designed to provide a strong platform for your continued career within the group.

About The Program The program runs between September 1st 2026, and June 2027 and combines:

• A full-time position in one of our subsidiaries in Sweden (Stockholm) or Norway (Oslo)
• A group-wide trainee program with business exposure across the organization
• International and cross-company collaboration
• Case work and networking with fellow trainees

While tasks vary depending on the role, your work may include:

Operational and strategic assignments

• Business trend, market, and financial analysis
• Development and improvement of business processes
• Preparation of decision material and presentations for management
• Planning and coordination of projects and activities
• Supporting leadership with analytical and administrative tasks

Who We Are Looking For

If you hold a completed degree with excellent academic merit in Science in Engineering, Economics, Business Management, or Finance, this program might be for you!

Requirements include that you

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish/Norwegian and English
• Have strong knowledge of Office 365 and AI-enabled tools
• Have a strong interest in digitalization, IT, and related processes

Any work experience gained during or after your studies is beneficial, and we also view international exposure, student engagement, or volunteer work as positive and enriching experiences.

• Trainee Finance Analyst – TECHNIA (Stockholm)
• Trainee Product Development Engineer – TECHNIA (Stockholm)
• Trainee Sales and Business Development – Decerno (Stockholm)
• Trainee Commercial Organization – Tribia (Stockholm or Oslo)
• Trainee Commercial Organization – Genus (Oslo)
• Trainee CEO Assistant; Finance and Business Case Analysis – Sokigo (Stockholm)
• Trainee Positions (3 roles to be announced soon) – Symetri (Stockholm)
