SectraHospitals don't have room for downtime. Neither do we.
The healthcare systems across the Nordics run on infrastructure that must work - every shift, every scan, every critical decision. As a Technical Project Manager in our Nordic Cloud Operations team, you’ll be part of the group that ensures our cloud services remain stable, secure, and ready for the clinicians who depend on them.
This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, clarity, and getting things delivered. You'll work alongside skilled engineers and specialists. Your job is to bring coordination, planning, and communication that turns complex work into real outcomes.
Why this role is different
Many TPM roles sit between business and tech. This one sits inside the technical reality. You'll be close enough to the technology to have real conversations with engineers, but your primary value is the clarity, structure, and momentum you bring to the project. You don't need to be the technical expert in the room. You need to be the one who keeps the room moving.
You'll take ownership of the delivery side of our cloud operations projects across the Nordic region, from planning and coordination through to go-live and stabilization.
Day to day, you'll be:
Leading cloud projects end-to-end, together with engineering and operations teams
Acting as the point of contact between engineers and internal stakeholders
Keeping projects on track through clear priorities, realistic planning, and transparent communication
Translating complex technical realities into language that supports good decision making
Contributing to improvements in how we run, support and deliver our cloud services
Managing expectations at both the strategic and the operational level knowing when to escalate, adapt or say no
,
We hire for attitude and ability first.
Experience matters, but what matters more is how you think, how you communicate, and how you show up when things get complicated.
A solid technical foundation and understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts
Experience leading or coordinating technical projects in a commercial or regulated environment
Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish. English is our primary working language across the Nordic team
Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM frameworks An interest in connectivity, systems integration, and operational stability A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Even better if you have:
Experience in healthcare IT or working with regulated environments
Certifications in project methodologies; Prince2, Agile, ITIL, or similar
Knowledge of DICOM, HL7, or medical imaging infrastructure
If you don’t meet every point above but feel this role could be a good fit, we still encourage you to apply.
Nordic Cloud Operations is a close-knited team with a wide scope and deep extertise. We care about doing things properly, supporting each other when things get complex, and creating an environment where it’s safe to ask questions and share responsibility.
