• Model customer, conversation and business context across PostgreSQL/Supabase and Redis, with structured data flows for retrieval, automation and downstream actions.

• Integrated backend APIs and AI services for transcription, voice synthesis and audio-processing workflows in production.
• Translated product requirements into technical tasks, reviewed implementation and supported testing, debugging and release.
