I am a Service and UX designer with a passion for sustainable digital solutions and human-centred AI. I am also a Certified Business Developer. I have a deep interest in how organisations and new ways of working can be designed to improve both internal processes as well as the customer experience.
I have held a variety of positions in public authorities such as Sida and the Swedish Government Offices. Anna-Karin has also been assigned to large international companies such as Husqvarna, Electrolux, Telenor, and non-profit environmental organisations in Sweden and Africa.
