Over the past three years, I have advanced to a Roastery Manager role in the specialty coffee industry, overseeing production, inventory, fulfilment, customer support, and e-commerce. I managed wholesale, webshop, and subscription fulfilment, coordinated logistics, and maintained inventory accuracy using Shopify, Recharge, Fortnox, and Sendify.

I also supported digital content, product management, and brand communications through product photography, webshop updates, product listings, newsletters, and social media. This role has equipped me with skills in e-commerce, customer experience, logistics, content creation, and workflow optimisation.
