Lead Full-Stack Developer (AI) - Embedded Software

As Lead Full-Stack Developer (AI) will lead the design and development of AI-powered applications across a modern product development organization.

In this role, you will combine deep full-stack engineering expertise with cutting-edge AI tools and automation to build scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. You will work across mobile, web, and backend platforms while integrating AI-driven capabilities that accelerate development workflows and enhance product intelligence.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deliver features across mobile, web, and backend platforms
• Architect and build scalable applications using modern full-stack technologies
• Integrate AI and LLM-based capabilities to enable intelligent automation and advanced product features
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate engineering workflows while maintaining high code quality
• Implement secure, maintainable, and well-tested software across the full development lifecycle
• Develop backend services and APIs supporting real-time communication and scalable data processing
• Implement robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design and technology decisions
• Review peer code with a strong focus on security, performance, and maintainability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, design, and hardware engineering—to deliver production-ready solutions

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred or equivalent experience)

• Experience working in startup or high-growth technology environments
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives
• Contributions to open-source software projects
• Experience publishing applications to the Apple App Store or Google Play
• Familiarity with wireless networking or communications systems
