Develop and optimise CVD processes to ensure high-quality manufacturing outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

Strong hands-on experience in CVD, ALD, PECVD, or LPCVD.

Proficiency in DOE, SPC, statistical analysis, and process troubleshooting (JMP, Minitab, Python preferred).

Experience with defect analysis and across-wafer uniformity tuning.
Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and ability to translate complex data into clear actions.
Proven collaboration experience across cross-functional engineering teams.
