Senior Java / SQL Developer

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Java / SQL Developer to join our growing engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications and data solutions
• You will work across the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with architects, developers, DevOps engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and services
• Build and optimise complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions
• Develop scalable APIs and microservices architectures
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and performance issues
• Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices
• Ensure adherence to security, quality, and performance standards
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
• Support production systems and critical business applications
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Agile delivery environments
