We are seeking a motivated Software Developer to support in-house system development, enhancement, and deployment. The role involves building efficient and reliable applications to support business operations and meet customer requirements, while adhering to SDLC practices and coding standards.
- Develop, test, and deploy in-house systems to support business operations and user requirements
- Follow Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, coding standards, and established frameworks (Java, Python, SQL/PLSQL)
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with proper documentation and version control
- Collaborate with solutioning and application teams to design and develop new features based on functional specifications
- Perform unit testing and ensure quality delivery of developed applications
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement bug fixes
- Support system enhancements and rollout activities to ensure smooth implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT development
- Technical skills in Java, Python, and PL/SQL scripting
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
