BIM Modeller Cum Drafter

• Able to understand, create, and amend drawings/ models in BIM software. 
•  To identify drafting errors and highlight them to the project team immediately.  Able to generate required information from the BIM software. 
• Preparation of architecture related shop drawings from Revit such as setting out, room layout sheets 
• Report to the Bim manager in charge and perform work task assigned. 
•  Produce shop drawings as per detail given by Bim Manager. 
• Produce revised shop drawing within a time frame after receiving comments. 
• Familiar with program: Revit Archi and Structure. 
• Working with Technicians to understand Bim project setup 
• Generate 2D drawings, tagging, annotation, documentation and as-built BIM models

QS cum Drafter

• Taking-off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing for quotations. 
• Attend progress claim meeting and any other meetings required. 
• Performs any other work as assigned by the superior. 
• Prepare the architecture related drawings, estimate plans and budget. 
• Prepare and submit individual work plan and support to prepare project work plan. 
• Support team leader to implement the project. 
• Monitoring and evaluation the project.
