Assigned to MHA as a project assistant as part of my NS duties. Worked with the Medical Admin team in the People’s Services branch for 18 months. Responsibilities included organising data in Microsoft Office and communicating with police officers and civilian NSMEN via calls and email.

Organised students’ information using Microsoft Office, and assisted students with their queries. Also handled the processing of student visa applications for foreign students.
