• Freelance copywriter with DUSK LLP, a consultancy service specialising in enterprise development.
  • Drafted and reviewed government grant applications for local enterprises seeking for Enterprise Development Grants (EDG) to expand digitally and internationally.

Singapore Armed Forces (SAF)

• Provided Help-desk assistance for divisional training issues.
• Performed data management of training data for several hundred soldiers.
  • Utilised and analysed data to ensure training hygiene and SOP refinement. 
• Oversaw planning and scheduling of training programs.
  • Analysed and provided recommendations to improve existing fitness training regimes and soldier nutrition.
  • Conducted a lecture on physical health and nutrition for over 200 soldiers.
  • Regularly coached fellow batchmates during physical training.
• Regularly facilitated both divisional and management level meetings.

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC)

• Played a crucial role in prototyping stages of the EasyQ feature within the OCBC mobile application.
  • Developed the early prototype for ease of communication for all stakeholders involved.
  • Analysed, designed, and produced customer journeys to initiate smooth and successful app development.
    • Charted every permutation of customer experiences through Traceability Matrices.
  • Trained and led team members to streamline thought processes on Traceability Matrices.
  • Designed and produced admin modules, training guides, FAQ guides, and participant guides for internal administrative use of EasyQ application.

• Coursework: Heavy focus on analytical philosophy, which hones critical reasoning, a keen eye for detail, flexibility, and interdisciplinary thinking.
  • Final Year Project: Analysis of well-being for the modern individual in contemporary society.
    • Summary: Modern life has led to burnout for most individuals. I argue that an adoption of Eudaimonism, a theory of well-being, will guide the individual to recuperate and live fulfilling lives.
