- Responsible for compliance matters / training activities for 900+ employees.
- Systematic planning & scheduling of training activities throughout the year.
- Update SOP/ OJT (On the Job Training) materials for every site
- Ensure OJT is carried out and maintain proper records of OJT training & continuous training for staff.
- Total Training Plan - conduct Learning Needs Analysis & map out training plan for the organization. Work closely with Operations Manager to plan for staff training.
- Work with training vendors to schedule for PWM ( Progressive Wage Model) WSQ training for staff for both security related courses and customer services courses.
- Keep proper records of training attendance, training materials and update employees' training records.
- Prepare annual ISO 9001:2008, BCM (Business Continuity), PLRD audits.
- Assist HR team for HR related duties.
