I am a highly experienced Restaurant Server/Service Crew/Waiter with over 4 years of work experience in the field of food and beverage. I have an International Diploma in Hotel and Accommodation Services from SHATEC Singapore and a Bachelor in Arts (History) from the Yadanarbon University Mandalay.

I am currently a trainee at Amara Sanctuary Resorts Sentosa since April 2023 and my traineeship will end on 7 July 2024. I am being trained at the Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage (Restaurant and Banquet). At Front Office using the HMS system, guests check-in and check-out, charge from OTA, do the breakfast list, discrepancy reports for the duty manager and handle guest inquires. At Housekeeping, we clean and assign rooms to RA. At F&B, we take orders from guests and serve to guests, using the POS system, we sell and give suggestions to guests on the menu and room service and set up ballroom following the floor plan.

In addition to my experience in the hospitality industry, I have a strong work ethic. I'm a good communicator and pay attention to detail. I am a fast learner and have a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. I am always willing to go that extra mile to please the customer.
