Experience
Bianka Panova Academy - Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach (3 years)
I planned and executed lessons for Kinder, Foundation, and Performing Groups while ensuring their safety. I also record the progress of the gymnasts and prepared them for assessments and competitions. I also assisted the coaches during the training process by correcting the posture and polishing the skills of gymnasts of different levels.
My First Skool (3 months), Sunflower Montessori Discovery Ark (2 months), and PCF SparkleTots (6 months) - Intern
I planned and carried out engaging lessons and storytelling while integrating care and educational practices for different age groups. I also set up the theme board with children's involvement and conducted child observations on focused children. Furthermore, I was involved in planning and carrying out collaborative community partnerships with the old folk's home. As well as, assisting in cultural festivals (e.g., Racial Harmony Day, Hari Raya, National Day).
PlayTopia - Indoor Crew (5 months)
I have experience in customer service, assisting in conducting events (e.g., birthday parties, school excursions), and activity classes, helping the company attract customers (e.g., mascot, flyers), and designing posters.
Education
Temasek Polytechnic - Diploma in Early Childhood Development and Education (Specialisation in Visual Arts)
During my diploma, I learnt soft skills such as leadership, communication, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills as I worked on group and individual assignments, internships, and Co-curricular Activity (CCA- Archery).
Some technical skills I learnt from my diploma were classroom management, lesson planning and implementation, and childcare. Additionally, with a specialisation in visual arts, I learnt how to illustrate children's books, create 2D and 3D art and incorporate digital new media in art.
