Behavior management has been a big part of my scope of duties in all my postings in my career. When coupled with Universal Design of Learning(UDL) implemented into lesson plans, the classroom can be well managed as the varied learning needs of each individual student is addressed and expectations are spelled out to the learners which will naturally shape self expectations of the learner and as expectations become well anticipated, this will result in a self motivated learner and thus suppresses challenging behaviours in a holistic manner.
