I have more than 26 years of experience in hospitality industry both front and back of the house. As a management and leader, I possess the quality to lead, supervising, motivation, training, supporting, encouraging, mentoring & coaching, evaluating and work towards organization goals as a team or as an individual.
I am able to work closely with top management, organizing and budget controlling. I am a self-starter, with many years in Kitchen Culinary Chef management, Banquet Operating, Restaurants & Room Service and Stewarding with Hygiene Management. I am also exposed to Pre-opening procedures. Food & Beverage P&L & Yearly Budgeting, FF&E Budgeting, Food Cost controlling with Food Quality and S.O.E Budgeting.
In additional, I am an experience leader, a good communicator, a planner, flexible and adaptable, good problem solving and both good at team work or as an individual
Additionally, I am aware that increasing sales by controlling unnecessary expenses and labor cost are the keys to attain profitability and reach the performance target set out by the organization.

I've conducted Media Corp TV cooking Program. I have proved myself as a successful leader, planner, trainer, organizer. Knowledge of (FSMS) Food Safety Management System plus risk management. I am able to cook Asian fusion food, seafood, BBQ, western, Indian Foods. Indonesian Food, Italian Pizza, Malay Food as well.
