a UIUX designer with a background in civil engineering and recent completion of a 12-week UX bootcamp at General Assembly. Had the opportunity to improve user Research: Understanding user needs, behaviours, and preferences through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

1. Wireframing: Creating low-fidelity visual representations of the user interface to outline structure and layout.
2. Prototyping: Developing interactive, high-fidelity representations of the user interface for stakeholder feedback and testing.
3. Usability Testing: Observing users' interactions with the product to identify issues and improve the user experience.
