To assist and collection of data for crewing KPI , maintained retention rate of crew at average 90% . Demonstrated good relationship with manning agents and crew onboard.
I am proud to take part in internal/ external ISO,ISM,DOC,OVMSA audits with good number of audit observations raised for improvements and with “ZERO” deficiencies.
With good practise of MS Words, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook and MS Access , I am able to produce crewing reports before the deadline.
