I am Alvin, a final-year student pursuing a Bachelor's in Public Safety and Security from the Singapore University of Social Sciences. I specialize in Cyber Security and will graduate in May 2024. As part of my continuous education, I attain various industry certifications in the EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), AWS Cloud Practitioner, NSE 3 Network Security Associate, and API Penetration Testing. During my spare time, I delve into TryHackMe and HTB training courses.
Solving problems has always been second nature to me. Given my six-year exposure in the cybersecurity landscape, a large part of my curriculum focuses on learning basic concepts, applying critical thinking skills to analyze problems and find answers. It shapes me to become a self-directed learner. I'm eager to further expand my expertise in the world of cybersecurity with interests in Red-Teaming, Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) as well as Cloud Security. My goal is to value-add and become an asset to your business through my abilities of adaptability, creativity, and curiosity.
