Alvin Wijaya is a 27-year-old HR & Recruitment Supervisor with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. He currently leads the HR function at PT Invens Sukses Indonesia (70mai dashcam), a retail company, where he manages a small team and oversees both system-based operations and people strategies. With prior experience in insurance, e-commerce, recruitment, property, and retail, Alvin has handled various HR responsibilities including recruitment, payroll, performance management, compliance, and administration.

He is also experienced in building and optimizing workflows using tools like Lark/Feishu, supporting cross-department collaboration. Alvin is passionate about creating efficient, automated HR systems that simplify daily processes and help teams focus on what matters most.

I have been in the HR field since 2017 and I have a Bachelor Degree in Economy.
