- Broadly responsible for planning and executing training for the Battalion. Ensured cohesiveness and performance standards of my Platoon and Company. Developed training and health tracking metrics, utilizing Looker Studio, streamlining archival processes.
- Represented the Singapore Army at Ex Bold Kurukshetra, a bilateral exercise with the Indian Army, developing tactical plans at a Company level with my counterparts. Chosen to represent the Unit as Lead Ambassador in the annual Army Experiential Programme. Liaised, coordinated and showcased the Army’s HUNTER Armoured Fighting Vehicle to prospective military regulars.
- Company’s Officer in charge of Security and Safety, charged with executing the monthly Security and Safety Seminars to the wider Company. Liaised with various stakeholders and vendors to organise Battalion-wide celebratory events.
