Responsibilities Field

• Manage all of the task of Department on Indonesia Territory
• Dealing project with end user
• Supports the local e-commerce team in ecommerce campaign operations 
• Collaborate with Marketing team to conceptualize and develop online promotional activities 
• Supports the e-commerce team in understanding monthly, weekly and daily performance of campaigns
• Evaluating campaign performance and data analytics
• Responsible to develop content and artwork for social media and online platforms which includes Facebook, Instagram, e-commerce site etc.
• Handle customer complaints time and professionally, making sure that each customer issue is followed-up and completed by related parties.
• Work closely with graphic design for artwork designs
• Conceptualize, create and design of online and print marketing materials, create innovation (Augmented Reality (AR), EDM)

• Send daily promotion EDM every month
