Practical experience since 2007 in automotive after sales industry with Maxus Malaysia (SAIC), Hyundai Motor (Asia & Pacific RHQ), Hyundai Singapore, equipped with the following skills:
- Warranty operation & management;
- Technical training & development;
- Remote and on-site diagnostic (OBDII);
- Electric mobility (HEV, PHEV, FCEV & BEV);
- Battery Electric Vehicle workshop development
- Diagnosing complex automotive electromechanical systems such as DC storage, AC-DC converter and DC-DC converter;
- Analysis and troubleshoot for debug system and CAN protocols;
- Failure Analysis (FA) on Lithium & Nickel battery packs;
- Battery Management System (BMS) on the cells management, charge & discharge management, safety, EOL and others;
- Design of cell to modules, cell to pack and cell to chassis and blade type lithium battery.
