Past and present work experiences have involved mostly customer-management, service-centered roles in the F7 B and Airline sectors, as well as in junior management and operations experience in the Retail and Attractions industries before.

Am planning to substantiate my current Diploma In Mass Communications with an SAT exam score planned for the beginning of next year. Most recently also took a Business Analytics & Automation Tool certificate qualification conducted by NTU from 2021 to 2022.
