I am an inspiring, resourceful and dedicated professional PE educator with a solid commitment to the academic and social development of every learner. I have been a PE teacher for 9 years and have taught across a variety of curriculums; IB PYP, IGCSE, UK National Curriculum, A Level and BTEC. I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster meaningful relationships with students, staff, and parents.
I always try to pride my teaching and learning on five principles: fostering communication, building relationships, curiosity, the importance of individuality and fun. These principles for teaching support my image of children as confident, competent and creative life long learners. As an educator, we must respect a child’s right to wonder, discover and create in an environment where they feel safe, empowered and inspired.
