A passionate, strong-willed and driven individual, I aim to build meaningful connections with various stakeholders and provide quality care and education to young children. I am a firm believer of the importance of teamwork and constantly work towards growing professionally. I hold 9 years of experience in the Early Childhood industry holding teaching & leadership positions.
Early Childhood Education has been passion for as long as I can remember. Initially being an Engineering student, I was intrigued with the ECE industry when I was working as a part-time relief teacher in a preschool. Thus began my journey as an Early Childhood Educator.
I am looking to use my expertise and experience to work with young children from vulnerable communities and help families create a healthy and holistic environment for the little ones.
I have worked with My First Skool when I started my journey from 2014 to 2017. I then ventured into Operations Management with Agape Connecting People where I gained experience on operations management. In 2018, I joined Raffles Kidz International as a Teacher, got promoted to a senior teacher in 2021 and then to a Principal in 2022. I am currently still working here.
Diploma in ECE-T with SEED institute in 2016.
Bachelor in Early Childhood Education with Deakin Institute in 2019.
Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership in 2021.
