Responsibilities:

• Represented OPPO to reach out to students on campus through various promotional activities both digitally and in-person.

• Develop and post digitally branded content on OPPO's latest products/new launches on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok)

Marketing Intern (Industrial Placement)

• Organized and maintained the CRM system, Highspot, for archiving marketing content and past Consumer information stored over 12-year period.

• Operated 2 SEO software systems (Semrush & Conductor) to analyze and enhance digital content performance for over 33 company web sources through keyword search. Created and directed video content for marketing campaigns with support from media team.

• Conducted competitive analysis on over 11 major e-commerce platforms in South East Asia based on an analytical model to measure the consumer engagement level with respect to various attributes like sales promotion, brand awareness, product valuation and logistics.

• Gathered market data on consumer engagement using surveys, questionnaires and interviews on a sample size of 1800 existing e commerce consumers.
