I am currently available in Singapore, and looking for an Head Chef job opportunity.
I am a professional , qualified with Culinary school certificates and experienced Chef who used to work during 10 years in various restaurants from High volume Luxury Brasserie and fine dining Michelin stars restaurants on land in France and abroad( London, Paris, Bucharest, Beyrouth and the French Riviera)
I ve got a great sense of organization and good management skills as I used to work in multicultural environment team and lead up to 20 chefs.
I have been now working during 6 years within the Yachting industry from 40m to 125m sized boats Private and Charter, and done 2 contracts onboard 5* Cruiseships with Princess Cruise and Ponant during the gastronomic Cruise thematic.
I ve got some Food, Safety, and Hygiene certificates as well and been trained for USPH and HACCP norms.
Very responsible with a great attitude, I m also able to manage orders, provisioning, accountability and inventory.
I am now looking for a new challenge, and really want to reorient my career with an Executive/Head Chef position opportunity for a long term partnership, and would be very happy to give my skills and experience for the best of satisfaction to the guests.
