I am currently 21 years old, staying at Jurong West & looking for other job experiences. I have been with Hanbaobao Pte Ltd for almost 6 years answering customers needs, wants & enquiries through the phone. I also can handle POS order taking and cashier duties multi tasking most of the time. I hope you see that I can be good at answering customer's calls and answering their enquiries.

I am mostly good in answering customer's enquiries and complaints. I take point of customers feedback and manage it nicely.

I took Nitec in Rapid Transit Engineering but as of right now, I have a family to begin with therefore the reason for my new experience in other job field.
